Why eat goat meat……it’s full of flavour, low in fat and cholesterol, higher in protein, B vitamins, iron and extremely healthy as well as delicious. Our goat kid meat has a milder flavour and is more tender - taking less time to cook

We can supply you with a variety of different cuts, from a small pack of diced to a half or whole goat. Whole or half shoulders, leg joints, rack, diced on or off the bone, mince, chops, cutlets, sausages - flavours in stock now are toulouse and merguez

Easy recipes to try are a tagine, curry, goat herders pie, ragu, burgers, kebabs or enjoy on it's own with it's 'unique' flavour
